About the Role:
As a Personal Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative and logistical support to our client, a busy professional. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of their daily operations, allowing them to focus on their core responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
·Calendar Management: Manage a complex calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
·Communication: Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence. Respond to inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
·Travel Coordination: Organize and coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
·Project Management: Assist with project management, task delegation, and follow-up.
·Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate social events, meetings, and conferences.
·Financial Management: Manage expenses, process invoices, and reconcile accounts.
·Personal Errands: Assist with personal errands, such as picking up dry cleaning, making appointments, and running errands.
·Home Management: Assist with managing household tasks, such as scheduling maintenance or coordinating home services.
·Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
·Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work independently.
·Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients, colleagues, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.
·Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
·Experience with Calendar Management Software: Experience with scheduling software such as Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, or similar platforms.
·Detail-Oriented and Accurate: Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
·Discretion and Confidentiality: Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality, handling sensitive information with care.
·Proactive and Resourceful: Able to anticipate needs, take initiative, and solve problems independently.
·Flexibility and Adaptability: Able to adjust to changing priorities and demands.
·Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is preferred.
·Experience working as a Personal Assistant (preferred): Previous experience providing comprehensive support to a busy individual is highly valued.
